Performance Based Measures On Stock Returns

Hi, guys. Today's title is the name of Dr Wong's book. I'm proud to announce that I had just finished reading this book. Actually, I could have finished it earlier but due to some circumstances, I could only do so today but it didn't matter.

This is a small paperback book with 161 pages in total from Chapter 1 to Appendix. I just completed my review on the book, hopefully there would be more readers. I don't want to disclose so much here because I've to respect the copyrights. If you were interested, go and get one. My personal advice is, it's worth reading but the price seems to be too expensive.

I shall quote some sentences which amazed me here. ' It was found that people tend to take more risks to avoid losses than to realise gains.', 'Faced with sure gain, most investors are risk-averse.', 'Faced with sure loss, investors become risk-takers.' I found these particularly true and these were the theories from Behavioral Finance.

There're a variety of measurements can be used to evaluate or value a stock and now I know which one of them is better because the analysis done by Dr Wong was thorough, she even showed the formula and steps involved. Nonetheless, I do hope that more detailed explanations can be provided. I think, it's okay as I can call Dr Wong to clear my doubts. This is my privilege.
