New House Opening Day

Yesterday, my dad organised a lunch gathering in my new house. Actually, my God's altar arrived on Wednesday and my lord Buddha had been sent by Mikki on Thursday. Mikki told me that I could move in my new house after lord Buddha had arrived but my dad said Friday was a good day when he peeked at the calendar. Therefore, my grandpa and I moved in and slept at my new home two days ago but yesterday just for the lunch gathering as my second and third sister were not around at night.

My grandma even invited two of her sisters to come along too. Frankly speaking, this was not my wish as I don't want to reveal to too many people. Well, it's ok. 三姨婆and五姨婆gave me an ang pow of RM50 and RM80 respectively.

五姨婆said she had terminated her medical insurance from Hong Leong Assurance (HLA) due to agent's attitude and service. Her agent didn't want to collect premium from her too. She thought she might use the yearly premium as the costs and fees for other supplements. She was not going to take from me too after knowing her premium at her age now. Perhaps she thought she would be okay with supplements and no medical issues to be worried about. Well, may God bless her. 

They liked my house renovations and purchasing price. I just let them know that I bought this house because of my grandpa. We had a lunch steamboat in my house and they exited after one hour after the lunch.

As usual, let's have a wefie before the lunch. In this photo, there were my grandma, grand aunties, my second sister and I.

I bought this house with my own money and fund. Luckily I could do some fixed deposit savings in banks previously. The savings were used as my initial payment, lawyer fees, costs of renovation and furnitures.

This is my sofa bed. It can be fixed in three postures, such as lying down, half-lying or sit straight. Well, it was cheap as I bought it online. I just need to assemble the four legs of the sofa bed myself. This is a four seaters sofa bed. I was worried that it couldn't enter my lift or entrance. Luckily, all was settled perfectky.

 

 My chair as my office chair. I need to assemble it from the wheel to the lying cushion. Well, it was okay due to its price. I bought about RM80 but it was RM299 in furniture shop.

My shoe rack. It's about RM15 per rack include the delivery charge.

The price was RM1,199 in furniture shop but I just bought for RM559 online with delivery and installation too.

My God's altar. The one that I bought online was within RM300 including the delivery charge but the order had been cancelled. Due to the time period and assembly issue, I bought it in a furniture shop opposite 来来kopitiam. The lord Buddha was sponsored by Ms Boon for RM600. Mikki said I don't have to stick gold sticker on the Buddha's body and I'm prohibited from clearing the whole 香灰缸. I just need to open the lamps and lights in my whole house as well as opening the water for three consecutive days.

Well, I need more cupboards to store my things. Therefore I'll buy more later. I'm poor now as everything is on my own costs. My mom and Ms Boon just contributed little for me. Thus, I need to work hard to earn more now. Laziness isn't an issue for me, I just hope that I can expand my network and more people will buy saving or insurance plans from me. God must bless me. 

Then, this is my first shelter. Hope for more later. Some people even said that I can get married already since I have a house now. So I just wait for my fate.
