Well, the Barclay Premier League is starting tonight! Hopefully it will be a fruitful season to my favourite team, The Red Devils, Manchester United.
There had been three recruits for Manchester United during the summer. There are Victor Lindelof, Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic. I see eye to eye with all these recruits. They are what Manchester United need the most in those areas.
Lindelof will be a great addition to the Central Backs as there are a number of injuries, such as Rojo, Jones and etc..
Lukaku will be a replacement for Ibrahimovic. He will be key to open up the score sheet in every match. For your information, Red Devils lack the cutting edge last season and in fact, it had been the case for many seasons since post-Ferguson era. Hopefully the goal scoring statistics of Lukaku will be carrying on in Manchester United.
Defensive midfield is always the area to improve since Michael Carrick is almost certain to hang up his boots after this new season 2017/2018. We need more power, speed, energy and toughness in order to cover the back four. Ergo, Matic is an excellent addition and I'm so happy with the transfer move.
Well, my ideal formation for Manchester United this season will be 4-2-3-1. Yup, it's an old style but it will be balanced formation. The line up will be De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Bailly, Rojo, Herrera, Matic, Mkhitaryan, Pogba, Martial, Lukaku.
Rashford can be employed as right wing or central forward. His speed and cutting edge provide valuable options.
It'll be an exciting season after second year in charge by Jose Mourinho. Let's see how the catalyst will respond to us.

Challenge 3
I can't believe that I had alienated my blog for almost two years. The last post was on 03/09/2015.
Well, for a quick summary. I had done my promotion in 2015, thanks to Dr Wong's help. In 2016, I got my maintenance settled in November.
Now it's 2017. The economy of Malaysia has been a horrible one even though our government still insists that there is growth in our economy. Everyone feels the impact. Low currency, higher inflation rate and etc. I am one of the victims too.
For your information, most of my client bases are of the lower income group, majority of them are promoters in complex or mall. Their purchasing power is not high. As a consequence, I'm badly affected. Ergo, the strategy that I use this year is to join roadshow team formed up by SG Farlim. It's another way for me to get new name lists and to force myself to open new markets. There is still room for improvement in this sector.
Ironically, my sales drop heavily this year. I just manage to close RM27k ANP up to date with nine NOC. I start to freak out as the time remaining is not much. I still have four months to go. I'm not worried about my ANP as my PFYLP is already RM41k. Nonetheless, I'm more concerned about my NOC as I need 25 cases with RM50k+RM25k PFYLP to get my maintenance.
What should I do now? I'm going to list out the cases which will come in within these two months as promised by my clients and see how much the difference after that to formulate a new strategy to secure my maintenance.
I start to self-aware. I'm not going to fake myself anymore. I want to be a role model to my team members and also a good reference to our fellow SG buddies.
Luckily the my commissions are increasing this year and this must give a big hand to the characteristics of my industry.
Goals for the year of 2017:
1) Ideal situation - USM promotion
2) Maintenance
3) 3 more newly recruits and 50k ANP
Let's pray hard and work harder in order to achieve what we aim for.
