Dental Root Canal Removal

Yo, I went to Perak Road Government Dental Clinic today for root canal removal. Actually, my root canal was removed on 10/10/2019 (Thursday) in Bandar Baru Government Dental Clinic because the dentist in Bandar Baru didn't want to recommend me to consult the specialist there.

I went to Perak Road Dental Clinic first initially because it is the best government dental clinic in Penang as far as I know. The Indian dentist just substituted a fake tooth for me based on the superior Malay dentist's advice but it was broken a day later. The second time I went there, I was consulted by Dr Khor (if I'm not mistaken). She asked me to go to a dental clinic in Pulau Tikus for opinion before she removed my root canal since I wanted to do a teeth bracing. According to the law in Malaysia, we can go to government hospital for teeth bracing before age 18.

The two consultations costed me RM450 and RM300 respectively including the teeth X-ray. When I went there for third time, Dr Khor is no longer there, as she was transferred to Penang Government Hospital for teeth surgery department. She passed my case to her colleague in Perak Road.

I waited for at least three months and no response there, so I went to Bandar Baru Government Dental Clinic because Dr Khor said my tooth crown after my root canal removal would be done by the specialist in Farlim. Thus, my root canal was remove on 10th October.

Yesterday, Dr Koay, dentist in Perak Road branch called me to consult him again. I went there today with the hope that he would write me a recommend letter to consult the specialist in Bandar Baru since the dentist in Farlim didn't want to do so. However, Dr Koay just substituted the whole fake tooth to me. Well, it is better than nothing. Since I am the blood donor, so the service was free of charge.

This was my tooth at the front before the surgery. Sadly, it was broken into half after my road accident.

This was the result after my root canal removal. Is it looked better?

So I just hope that it can last long this round. Dr Koay suggested me to go for private clinic for tooth crown but he said it would cost me RM800-RM1,200. Anyway, it will broken too if I bite a hard object. Therefore, I will see how later.

Sale of House

Yo, we finally managed to sign the S&P for selling my grandpa's house in Bukit Bendera today. Initially, the lawyer, who is an Indian asked us to go on Wednesday, but that day was just to discuss the issues with us, both buyers and sellers. Therefore, he asked us to go again this morning.

The house was actually belonged to my great grandpa, who was the father of my grandma. When he passed away, the house was transferred to my grandpa and he was 70++ years old, he converted the house under three of his daughters' names.

There was one opportunity to sell in 2008. The buyer offered RM50,000 but my grandpa insisted RM80,000 and the buyer agreed. However, my eldest uncle begged my grandpa not to sell, even though my grandpa was willing to pay initial payment for new house and just required my eldest uncle to pay the subsequent instalments.

Now, every of his children has grown up and rich now. So both of my eldest aunty and uncle go to Kuala Lumpur to stay with their daughters and alienate my grandpa. Nobody buys food for him and he is age 90++ and not able to cook now. Ergo, he decided to sell off his house as I am not going there too. His house just can be reached by a motorcycle. Furthermore, there are dogs in the houses under the hill and they are set moving freely.

When he passed out the message of his desire to sell his house and his orchard, one of his friends there helped him and found buyers for him. Now the buyers are committees of temple association. They buy the house just to build it as temple for the monk who helped them a lot.

Since the land is not ours, so it is under leasehold agreement. According to the lawyer, the land owner is not obliged to compensate us if we have stay there for more than 30 years. Thus, the risk in under the temple if we hand over the house later.

As agreed, we sell the house and the orchard (land is not ours) for RM140,000, but we have to pay our lawyer fees and documentation for RM2,000. Besides, my grandpa had promised his friend to pay him RM2,000 for his service.

My cousin, Chloe is fighting for her dad, since her dad wants to harvest the durians for one time, that is from May 2020 to September 2020. Then the temple association said they will only pay us 10% deposit and the balance will be paid after we hand over the house after September 2020. My cousin agreed but I protested. Since the contract was clearly stated that the sellers ought to return the money to the buyers if the ownership of the house is not transferred subsequently. I'm worried the land owner will find an issue later.

Fortunately, the buyers agree to let my eldest uncle to harvest for one time and willing to pay all amount in 3+1. According to S&P, 10% deposit is paid to us today and the balance will be settled in 3 months time. Well, since my grandpa was not able to communicate with the lawyer in BM, so the bank draft will be paid to my eldest aunty, but she has to sign a so-called SD to pay the portions of money to my mom and my elder aunty in seven days!

We just asked my eldest aunty to give her joint name bank account with my grandpa to the lawyer. It is agreed that my eldest uncle can harvest the durians till 31 August 2020. The vacant house has to be passed on 1 March 2020, which means my grandpa has to be moving out by that time and the furnitures inside the house have to be moved out too by then or just left them there.

Well, finally it is all settled today and I hope that no more issued arise after this and we can get the money successfully.\

My eldest uncle was so damn that he showed his bad face and acted brutally to my parents and grandpa last Sunday when they went to my grandpa's house.

He slammed his helmet when he knew my parents were there, shouted loudly and kick the tables and chairs around. He even didn't buy any food to my grandpa today. My grandpa called my dad for help. When my dad arrived there, he saw my eldest uncle was lying on the chair to watch TV. Damn fool, I hate him so much!

Thus, please don't ever 忘恩负义! My grandpa told me that he bought my eldest uncle's first ever car, Proton Saga and he had not paid the instalments fully to my grandpa even though it was without any interest charged. Furthermore, my grandpa even bought a motorcycle to him as well last time.

Now I am just waiting for the show of God, I want to see how terrible his 下场 will be. If it is not to him, then it should be on his family later. Let's see.

My grandpa is eager to stay with me now and he asked me to look for a new house and he is willing to pay me RM20,000 for my initial payment. Ergo, I hope  I can get my first ever house as soon as possible.

I Love Penang Walk 2019

Yo, this is the first time I participate in this public event after my road accident. I Love Penang Walk or I Love Penang Run is the best event I want to join due to its cost.

I accidentally discovered this event in Facebook and decided to participate then. Online registration was required and it costed me RM30 for the I Love Penang Walk T-shirt, finisher medal and e-certificate. However, it gave me emergency contact wrist band and 20% discount voucher for coffee/tea in a cafe.

These were taken yesterday in The Whiteaways Arcade.

This Christmas decoration was in the venue and it looked nice.

I set up alarm for this event because it starts at 7am using my Honor 10 but I forgot that the time frame is different because it was still in Indonesia time zone. I set the alarm at 5:45am but indeed it rang at 6:45am Malaysia time zone. Thus, I was late! I was shocked and quickly brushed my teeth and rode my motorcycle there at once. Luckily, I was safe along the journey. When I reached there, it was already 7:15am and I parked my motorcycle in front of Income Tax office. Fortunately, I was on the last batch of the queue.

The journey is from Occupy Beach Street to Penang Heritage sites. These were the photos taken along the streets.

Yo, this was the finisher medal at the finishing line.

When I took my motorcycle, it was only 8:43am, meaning that the journey just spent me 1 hour and 28 minutes by walking and photography. Well, the journey is not long and I hope that more friends will join next time. Frankly speaking, I hope for I Love Penang Run in the next event.

Then, I went to 桥头 to eat Hokkien Mee as breakfast. It costed me RM4.50 and RM1.40 for a cup of coffee. Well, the taste was good.

After that, I whatsapp Lim Bing Huang but he didn't reply or see my message. I think, he is still sleeping. Ergo, I called him to meet up in Greenlane McDonald's. We chatted quite well there and I received his payment of premium. He is interested in this event and he asked to inform him of this kind of events later.
