Licenses Renewal

Well, it's January now, meaning that I have to check the deadline of my licenses. On Wednesday, I went to Bayan Baru Market third floor to renew my business license in SSM. It is a mobile station, thus it changes its routine, it just operate in Penang Island in the Bayan Baru Market on Thursday per week instead of Wednesday and Thursday each week. Therefore, I was not able to do it on Wednesday and I successfully renew it for five years on Thursday. The renewal fee is RM60/year. My deadline was 3rd January 2020 but I was late for one week. I was fined for RM20. The officer there said it would fine me even I was late for one day.

The next day, on Friday, I went to JPJ Penang, just to renew my driving license. I met Gary Chew there, he was there to renew his car road tax. The renewal fee for driving license is RM30/year. Hence, I renew for five years.

Why always five years? This is because I'm worried that our government will increase the price later, so I'm better to lock the price now. Ergo, I overspent this month. This is because I had paid RM2,500 to my dad as my new house's deposit of 1%.

Now I''m just hoping that I can secure the house. The loan banker from Public Bank, who is introduced by the house owner don't reply my query messages even once. Thus, I'm very disgusted and his service is not good. Therefore, I think my service and attitude are better than him. But he is driving a Honda Accord now. Perhaps he still owes a lot of money.

Let's hope for the best. I need that house to let my grandpa to stay after CNY this year as he is obliged to move out of his sold house in Penang Hill before 1st March 2020.
